Community Healthcare of Texas to Equip Board Members

The incredible Community Healthcare of Texas (CHOT) development team – raising more than $842,000 annually over a geographic service area of 25 counties and 9 locations - is very small (a team of two) and must depend on board volunteer resources to continue retaining and attracting funding to support the mission of CHOT.  Individual giving is at the heart of CHOT fund development, as it should be.

The goal of our work together this year, funded by a Toolbox grant from the North Texas Community Foundation (NTCF), is to better equip the board to be fundraising-ready for retention and acquisition of donors through a relationship-building portfolio model, which could then be duplicated with fund development ambassadors across CHOT’s service area.  This will be our second assignment with CHOT, and we are very excited to work again with these pros and their board members.

We are so fortunate to serve the vast majority of our clients for multiple years and/or multiple projects

Happy New Year!

DNAWORKS to Focus on Year-End Digital Campaign

We were first introduced to the good work of DNAWORKS through our client, the Tarrant County Coalition for Peace and Justice (TCCPJ).  DNAWORKS, based in Fort Worth, Texas is dedicated to dialogue and healing through the arts - focusing on identity, heritage, culture, and liberation - and creates impact across the globe.

DNAWORKS reached out to us regarding some possible long-term development consulting, but upon learning of the opportunity to focus first on a year-end digital fundraising campaign, we all agreed to start there.  The online campaign goals are to retain past donors and attract new ones, while providing recommendations on segmenting the current donor base for ongoing touchpoints during the year, as the basic principal that fundraising is relational still applies.

What will be your year-end fundraising focus?

Operation Progress Fort Worth to Set Strategic Direction

Operation Progress Fort Worth (OPFW) empowers underserved youth to become educated, ethical, and productive adults who reach their full potential and positively contribute to society.   Their model, replicated from Operation Progress LA, partners with the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) and supports their Scholars from 3rd grade to college and/or career.

A recipient of a Funding to Advance Racial Equity (FARE) grant from the North Texas Community Foundation (NTCF), OPFW Executive Director, Dr. Myeshia Smith, and her dedicated board will build on their success to date as we help them establish their first official strategic plan, with a special emphasis on the focus area of fundraising.

Project Partners was founded in 1995 on Project C3: Classrooms-Corporations-Community and collaborative community programs serving children, youth, and families remain among our favorite causes to advance. It’s an honor to support Operation Progress Fort Worth.

FWSCI Mayor’s International Dinner and Global Awards Set for November 3rd

In a fourteenth year to provide support for this iconic annual event hosted by Fort Worth Sister Cities International (FWSCI), Project Partners will help produce the program and show for the Mayor’s International Dinner and Global Awards, set for November 3rd at the Fort Worth Convention Center.  Working with the FWSCI staff and volunteers, we will help prepare and coordinate the detailed program agenda and show-flow for the event, assure all assets for the audiovisual team are in place, and direct the audiovisual team during the event.

As our eighteenth assignment with FWSCI in total over the last fourteen years, we are thrilled to once again advance the mission of FWSCI, which is to promote Fort Worth globally and enrich our community through international education, exchange, and commerce – creating a more peaceful and prosperous world.  FWSCI’s important work is fueled by President & CEO Mae Ferguson’s incredible work ethic and expertise, an amazing network of corporate and community leaders, and a base of committed donors.

Tickets to the Mayor’s International Dinner are a benefit to Members Circle of Giving donors at the Ambassador level and above.  If you are already a Members Circle donor, please RSVP here.  Not yet involved?  We recommend you contact FWSCI today!
