The Birdville Education Foundation board renewed their agreement with Project Partners for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. This marks our third year of work together to enhance innovative learning and support the educational excellence of Birdville ISD. This partnership will include consulting and project management services in the areas of nonprofit administration/strategic planning, community relations and communications, fundraising, events management, program development, and board and committee engagement.
After the founding executive director moved to a volunteer board member position, the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition (FWDPC) turned to Project Partners for interim Executive Director consulting and project management services to support the all-volunteer board of directors and small program staffing team. We’ve been a partner for good to the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition since its inception, helping with start-up consulting, strategic planning, and sponsorship development. The FWDPC is a nonprofit whose mission is to prevent fatal and non-fatal drownings in the Fort Worth area and beyond.
Project Partners was selected by Sixty and Better’s Long Range Planning Committee to provide strategic planning facilitation and consulting services. Working with the Sixty and Better board of directors and staff, our team will help the board assess strategic priorities for the organization, culminating in a roadmap that includes a timeline and evaluation methodology. For more than five decades, Sixty and Better has provided a place for older adults to have fun, be well, and stay connected. Project Partners is proud to remain their “partner for good” following previous strategic planning consulting services provided in 2015.
Project Partners has been retained by Dementia Friendly Fort Worth to facilitate their September board work session. Lerii F. Smith, CFRE, Founder and President of Project Partners will lead a discussion that focuses on strategic planning goals and next steps for the organization. Dementia Friendly Fort Worth is part of a nationwide initiative that encourages and assists an all-sectors approach to foster “dementia friendly” communities across the United States. Advancing collaborative community programs is one of our specialties and DFFW reminds us greatly of our work with Blue Zones Fort Worth.
