You’ll be a great fit to serve as a Project Partners associate if you:
Are ready to apply your expertise and hands-on support on a project-basis for a variety of clients, advancing community causes that matter.
Bring 5+ years of proven success in strategic planning and operations, fundraising and community relations, program and partnership development, event management, and board and volunteer engagement.
Value an established work‑from‑home (WFH) business model and can travel to attend in‑person client meetings in the region as needed.
Enjoy working independently and collaboratively within a proven framework, while staying accountable to timelines and deliverables.
Seek supplemental income tied to the quality and quantity of work you produce, within a flexible environment.
Have an affinity for North Texas causes, especially Tarrant County.
Produce impeccable work, communicate clearly, and develop instant rapport with clients and collaborators.
Maintain a fully equipped home office with laptop, and are proficient with common technology stacks including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox Business, Google Workspace, donor databases, and others.
Are willing to wear the Project Partners hat with pride and represent our brand across your professional network.
Understand, and can navigate, the natural ebbs and flows of consulting work.
