Strategic Planning Ahead of Schedule

The Mary I. Gourley Foundation’s strategic planning is ahead of schedule!  With key decisions by leadership on the horizon,  Project Partners will return to facilitate a board workshop in late July for further planning discussions.  With various strategic scenarios to consider that could shape the foundation’s path forward, we will review the progress to date on the plan that we helped develop, analyze the environmental scan results, survey all board members in advance, then provide a summary of notes and a debrief with the Executive Director and Board Chair to outline next steps for the foundation.

We are so happy to remain the Mary I. Gourley Foundation’s partner for good for this second strategic planning assignment!

Advancing the Fort Worth ISD Strategic Plan

Previous work with the Fort Worth ISD includes many assignments.  For example:  Team Fort Worth, Distinguished Employers of Fort Worth Teens, Project C3 (Corporations, Classrooms, Community), Strategic Pathways to Student Success, Vital Link, and others.  Now, we are happy to be teaming with the district once again to help advance the strategic plan to re-establish an education foundation for the district.  We know first-hand that an education foundation is the perfect vehicle for attracting community engagement and funding in support of the incredible Fort Worth ISD students and staff.  Stay tuned for how you can become involved!

Development Team Help For Center for Transforming lives (CTL)

Have you seen the new campus for Center for Transforming Lives (CTL) in southeast Fort Worth?!  It’s an incredible feat that will empower CTL to help 900 more women and children every year.  At this exciting time of growth, we are thrilled to be teaming with CTL to provide database organization and reconciliation that will help the new development team hit the ground running!
