Having worked together for nearly six years, we’re honored to once again support their educational mission as they navigate a leadership transition in development.  We’ll provide hands-on fundraising guidance to help advance priorities while freeing the staff to remain focused on student success.  As a foundation executive recently told us, “Cassata plays an integral role in the educational landscape of our community.”  We’re honored to be of service once again.

Project Partners partnered with Laundry Love Fort Worth to strengthen board governance and support organizational growth. Deliverables included board development materials, recruitment recommendations, officer job descriptions, governance tools, and a board orientation framework designed to create a strong foundation for effective leadership and long-term sustainability. Good Work For Fort Worth ISD - A Tenth assignment

Project Partners served as Consultant and Project Director for the launch of the Fort Worth ISD Foundation for Education, guiding the Foundation’s formation, governance, operational infrastructure, and donor engagement strategy in alignment with the District’s 2029 Strategic Plan. The work established an independent, donor-protected foundation to support students, educators, and schools beyond state and local funding. Read more.
