Arts Fort Worth Invests in the Next Generation of Arts Advocates

Good things are happening at Arts Fort Worth.

As arts organizations across the country adapt to changing donor demographics and evolving community needs, Arts Fort Worth is taking proactive steps to strengthen its future through meaningful volunteer engagement. Project Partners is pleased to be working with Arts Fort Worth to design and develop the Arts Fort Worth Volunteer Ambassador Initiative, a framework for cultivating volunteers, advocates, and future philanthropic leaders.

Building on the early success of the organization's Youth Arts Ambassador Program, led in part by local student leader Ruby Macnab, this initiative will help create a structured pathway for community members to deepen their involvement in advancing the arts. Together, we will develop volunteer leadership profiles, program guidelines, training resources, evaluation measures, and a strategic implementation plan designed to grow engagement for years to come.

Strong communities need strong arts organizations, and strong arts organizations need passionate champions. We are honored to partner with Arts Fort Worth as they invest in building the next generation of advocates who will help ensure the arts continue to thrive throughout our community.

Welcome Back, Cassata Catholic High School
