IMPACT 2021 Event to Celebrate Project 4031’s 10th Anniversary

In 2019, Project Partners provided strategy, guidance, and night-of-event staffing for Project 4031’s fundraising event, IMPACT 2019 - Be the Light. Three hundred guests enjoyed dinner, a live auction, a heads or tails game, and more at this November 2019 event, held at Ridglea Country Club during Hospice and Palliative Care month. The event raised funds to benefit the terminally ill children and adults served by Project 4031. Project Partners also provided consulting for the development, launch and execution of the Sparrow Project, a monthly giving program.

Now, Project 4031 has returned to Project Partners for assistance with IMPACT 2021 which will celebrate the organization’s 10th anniversary. The hybrid event will take place on November 13th at Shady Oaks Country Club. Project Partners will serve as event coordinator, ensuring event elements are successfully integrated on event day and every guest experience (both in-person and online) is superb.

Project Partners to Assist with FWSCI Mayor’s International Dinner and Annual Meeting

The top Sister Cities program in the nation, Fort Worth Sister Cities International (FWSCI), has once again turned to Project Partners for expert event consulting and project management for two major annual events. The Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 9th at the Hilton Fort Worth and will celebrate the Members Circle of Giving, impressive accomplishments during a pandemic year, and its thriving network of individuals, organizations, corporations, and community leaders. Mayor Parker will serve as the Honorary Chair for the highly anticipated Mayor’s International Dinner and Global Awards, one of her first major events as new mayor, set for November 11th at River Ranch. The Global Awards of that event honor those in our community that have made significant contributions to global understanding, world political stability, and international trade. ZIPZONE Rides in All Zones are FREE this Month!

You have seen us post a number of times lately about ZIPZONE because this is our fourth community outreach assignment with Trinity Metro’s rideshare provider, Via, in the last two years. During this month’s promotion, our team will be stationed at key transit locations throughout Tarrant County (Mercantile, Near Southside, and Crowley South) to help spread the word about ZIPZONE and the free rides this month.

I was visiting the Pacific Northwest when I answered a call from New York City. Via was looking for a hyper-local DBE/MWBE (Disadvantage Business Enterprise; Minority/Woman-Owned Business Enterprise) partner and found us. We’ve made a great team and we feel it a privilege to encourage Trinity Metro’s smart transportation solutions for Tarrant County.

Please reach out if you, too, are in need of a dependable, local, DBE/MWBE/HUB/TEA-certified partner. We’ve been certified for more than two decades and have also partnered in this way with Target, SM Wilson, CD Henderson, Haskell, the City of Dallas, and others.

HEB ISD Education Foundation Renews Work with Project Partners for an Eleventh Year

In 2011, Bill Lynch, now of the Arlington Chamber, referred us to the Executive Director Search Committee of the HEB ISD Education Foundation. That interview resulted in a fiscal year of work together to support a 30+ member volunteer board of directors with services that included strategic planning, community relations and communications, fundraising, events management, program development, board and committee engagement, and nonprofit administration. Our very focused work with the board produced excellent results, and it’s been a great partnership ever since!
