Join me for this FWC Panel Discussion on Topic of Remote-Working Environment

I’ll be joining panelists this Thursday, March 18th for an Online Office Hours Zoom session hosted by our Fort Worth Chamber to discuss how to overcome the biggest challenges associated with working remotely. While we’ve been virtually-based for more than 26 years, (and maybe you are experienced as well), there is always more to learn! We’ll discuss topics like prioritizing work, dealing with interruptions, and addressing (and avoiding) technology hiccups. Register today!

If you can’t make it, or want some good advice before the discussion, check out the article, Communications When Working Remotely - Based on a 25-year Head-start, originally published by the Fort Worth Business Press on March 27, 2020.

Project Partners to Provide Consulting and Project Management for the Rainwater Charitable Foundation 30-Year Anniversary Leadership Awards

The Rainwater Charitable Foundation has selected Project Partners to implement two key initiatives in celebration of their 30-year anniversary.  Leadership Scholars will award scholarships to 30 high school seniors from Fort Worth high schools and Leadership Fellows will award scientific/technology scholarships to 30 PhD or post-doctoral students. We will act as a liaison between the Foundation and potential applicants, nominators, and others involved in the two programs. Our work will include developing and implementing a marketing and communications plan, crafting the selection processes, coordinating the administration of the scholarships, and managing the budget and timeline.

The Rainwater Charitable Foundation is a private family foundation based in Fort Worth, Texas founded by Richard E. Rainwater in 1991. Since its formation, RCF has funded initiatives centered around children’s high quality education and medical research focused on finding a cure for tauopathies.
