Project Partners collaborated with the Rainwater Charitable Foundation to offer consulting and project management services for the launch of a new civic association nonprofit, the Fort Worth Forum. From fall 2023 through spring 2024, Project Partners facilitated initial board and committee meetings, provided administrative support, and managed comprehensive event planning and execution. Work With Fort Worth Forum Extends
After having supported the efforts to bring this new nonprofit to fruition by helping engage its first board and membership base, infrastructure, and programming, we are thrilled to continue service to the Fort Worth Forum.
To help further their mission to foster connections and fellowship among leaders in our vibrant city, we will establish a playbook for programming which will help future staff and program chairs simplify and execute the work necessary to produce each programming event.

Good Work For Create + Collaborate
Create + Collaborate recently enlisted Project Partners’ expertise to help them craft a three-year strategic plan that would support growth and expansion. Project Partners conducted one-on-one interviews and surveys with a diverse range of C+Co stakeholders, including student participants, parents, board members, community partners, and donors, and facilitated board and staff strategic planning work sessions.
