Project Partners is excited to share that we have been named a Talent Champion by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce! A Talent Champion is a company that is implementing best practices in talent development, retention, and attraction, even in a small business. To continue the Chamber's focus, September's Impact Your Business Luncheon will showcase the benefits of prioritizing talent for your business. Our founder and president, Lerii F. Smith, is one of the four panelists for this luncheon. If you can’t make the panel discussion, you might enjoy some good advice Lerii shared on the topic of staff retention in 2017: Stop the Revolving Door.

Following a successful year of major gifts, grants, individual giving, and annual fundraising event success – as well as a website update, Cassata Catholic High School renewed our partnership for another fiscal year of comprehensive development services. This begins our fourth year of work together. Dr. Maggie Harrison, President of Cassata said, “I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Project Partners for working with Cassata. Your associates have been most helpful in Cassata's development offering their expertise, advice, and services. I cannot say enough great things about working with Christy. And I have been very impressed with the way in which Christy and Jenna planned and organized the Noche de Gracias fundraising event—all of its details, and the way in which Corinne and Kristin joined in to help out. It was all so seamless and highly professional.” Cassata is a coeducational Catholic high school in Fort Worth, offering open enrollment, self-paced learning, and a flexible schedule to prepare students of all backgrounds for college and their chosen career paths.
