Responsibilities include coordination with the Foundation’s treasurer who manages QuickBooks online, and hands-on management of the Foundation’s software stack (Donor Perfect, Wix, Go Daddy, Constant Contact, Cognito Pro, Canva, Google Suite, and social media), and those subscriptions.  The Project Director also maintains operational documents, including the program of work schedule, organizational chart, board roster, annotated agendas, and assures established policies, processes, and procedures are followed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10+ years of nonprofit management and fundraising experience; degree in related field; expertise at working with boards and senior leaders; excellent organization and communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously; very detail-oriented; strong professionalism, sound judgement, and follow-through; the ability to apply continuous improvement processes and work independently while staying accountable to timelines and deliverables; excellent technology skills to manage the Foundation’s software named above and also work within Project Partners’ tech stack including Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, other), Dropbox Business, and Adobe Acrobat; a dedication to represent the Project Partners brand with pride and work within our proven framework.  CFRE certification, experience with education foundations or school districts, and an affinity for the HEB community is a plus.
