Project Partners Designated as Talent Champion
Project Partners is excited to share that we have been named a Talent Champion by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce! A Talent Champion is a company that is implementing best practices in talent development, retention, and attraction, even in a small business. To continue the Chamber's focus, September's Impact Your Business Luncheon will showcase the benefits of prioritizing talent for your business. Our founder and president, Lerii F. Smith, is one of the four panelists for this luncheon. If you can’t make the panel discussion, you might enjoy some good advice Lerii shared on the topic of staff retention in 2017: Stop the Revolving Door.
