The volunteer board members of the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas met in a board retreat and discussed, in part, Project Partners’ assessment of the opportunities that lie ahead for the organization. Further strategic planning will take place to focus on the mission and the program of work to achieve that mission.
Texas Education Agency Registered Provider
Project Partners received formal notification from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) of approval as a registered provider of continuing education for school board members in the areas of vision, advocacy and unity. We have worked collaboratively with scores of school board members through the years. As community engagement experts, this allows a more direct opportunity to be of service.
Blue Zones Project Facilitation
Blue Zones Project Fort Worth returned to Project Partners, this time for facilitation of an off-site management staff meeting as they look ahead to exceeding goals for 2017.
Fort Worth Academy Annual Fund Campaign
Thanks to great volunteer Chairs and Grade Captains, an incredible case for support, consistent and caring outreach, a fun incentive and reward package, and a defined time frame, Fort Worth Academy achieved a phenomenal 90% parent participation for the Annual Fund campaign.
Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition
Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition returned to Project Partners for a strategic planning refresh. Founded in 2012, outcomes have been extraordinary. Now it’s time to look ahead to make sure that the Coalition continues to make an impact to prevent drowning deaths in Fort Worth, Texas.
