More than $1.8 million raised during work with the Plano ISD Education Foundation

Project Partners concluded a four-year assignment with the Plano ISD Education Foundation, providing grant writing and grant program management. The partnership provided continuity through three Executive Director transitions and assured investments of more than $800,000 to the students and staff of Plano ISD, not counting a million dollar Toyota grant and several other multi-year grants. We also focused very successfully on prospecting for new relationships and funding opportunities. Funds raised supported STEM initiatives, AVID programs, grants to educators, an outdoor science camp, family literacy, teacher externships, and more. The Plano ISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to help all students in the Plano Independent School District achieve their full potential by providing financial support to educators and academic programs. Their board and Executive Director, Kristin Alexander, do a super job.

May 24th Fort Worth Sister Cities Mayor's International Dinner and Global Awards

Project Partners once again served as logistics coordinator and show producer for the May 24th Fort Worth Sister Cities Mayor’s International Dinner and Global Awards event which boasted more than 500 guests at the Omni in downtown Fort Worth. As part of the 2014 assessment and messaging work, we helped Fort Worth Sister Cities transform this major, annual event from a themed fundraiser to a mission-driven event and integral initiative of the annual giving campaign. The Members Circle donors now make this event possible, and benefit from tables and tickets, providing an opportunity to widen this thriving network of individuals, organizations, corporations, and community leaders dedicated to expanding global relationships for peace and prosperity at home and abroad.

2018 North Texas Giving Day Kick-off Event

The North Texas Community Foundation (NTCF) has called on Project Partners once again to provide expert event management for the 2018 North Texas Giving Day (NTGD) kick-off event which will be held this year on September 19th, the evening before North Texas Giving Day, at Shipping & Receiving in Fort Worth. With scheduled giving an option this year, nonprofits registered for NTGD will use this event as a head start for their board members and donors while enjoying wonderful music, food, and prize drawings provided by NTCF. This is especially fun for us, as we also manage NTGD for a good number of our clients.
