Project Partners presented the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fort Worth Chapter luncheon program on crucial strategies for grant writing success. If you’d like a copy of the handout, please give us a shout. Project Partners has done much grant writing and grant program management in our 23 years - as part of larger scopes of work; as interim help during key staff transitions; and as long-term assignments for clients who love the many benefits of contracting for professional help.
HEB ISD Education Foundation Awards of Excellence
The HEB ISD Education Foundation once again produced an inspiring event - the Awards of Excellence - recognizing 33 high school seniors and their teacher mentors in 14 fields of study. Foundation board member participation was exemplary, as was the support from the HEB ISD Board of Trustees, the HEB ISD Cabinet, elected officials, and our donors, who make this event and all of the foundation’s work possible.
Brothers Keepers
The board members of Brothers Keepers, a nonprofit dedicated to serving veterans and first responders, met at UTA downtown to address key strategic planning questions. Lerii F. Smith, CFRE facilitated the discussion, charted the responses, and provided notes, observations and recommendations on next steps for continued growth and success.
Cassata Catholic High School Noche de Gracias
Already on assignment with Cassata Catholic High School for grant writing and grant program management work, Project Partners also stepped in to coordinate their annual Noche de Gracias fundraising and outreach event, scheduled for May 3rd and once again graciously hosted by Joe T. Garcia’s.
TCC Foundation
TCC Foundation circled back to Project Partners to produce an annual report/15-year report that celebrates such a milestone. This will be our 6th project (writing/design, event management, board retreat planning and facilitation) for these fine folks who work to raise and invest funds and community resources to benefit the mission of the Tarrant County College District.
