The Shaken Baby Alliance Launches New C.O.P.E. Curriculum

The Shaken Baby Alliance (SBA) launched their new C.O.P.E. Curriculum at an event held Wednesday, September 22nd at One Safe Place. This curriculum, which is proven to help prevent child abuse and shaken baby syndrome, is named as an acronym which is also a call to action:  C.O.P.E.– Crying. Overwhelmed. Pause. Exit. Thanks to funding partners and collaborators, this newly refreshed curriculum by The Shaken Baby Alliance will be presented throughout our community by a new program director. We are honored to help such important community cause champions as Bonnie Armstrong, Founding Executive Director of SBA, and her incredible staffing team, board, and advisory council. And thank you, Mayor Parker, and Councilmen Flores and Nettles, for your support!

"Connect Globally Endowment for International Relations" Introduced at the FWSCI Annual Meeting

While on assignment with Fort Worth Sister Cities International (FWSCI), our team was asked to develop collateral  - a brochure in support of the new “Connect Globally Endowment for International Relations,” generously seeded by Connie Beck and Frank Tilley, in memory of their parents James and Janeyl Beck and Gordon and Mable Tilley. The North Texas Community Foundation holds the endowed fund, providing stewardship excellence.

Our work, which included the creative concept, copywriting, graphics, coordination with all reviewers, and production direction, was showcased as the new endowment fund was introduced at the FWSCI annual meeting on September 9th. This was our 18th assignment working with the impressive FWSCI team, who connect Fort Worth with the world.

Is it time to create or refresh print or electronic collateral materials for your event, program, or campaign?

TCC Foundation Board Retreat Scheduled for October 9th at Billy Bob's Texas

Following fifteen years of partnership and eight projects together, TCC Foundation has once again turned to Project Partners, this time to serve as consultant/facilitator for their upcoming Board Retreat at Billy Bob’s Texas. We are thrilled to be working with the new Executive Vice President of Advancement, her staffing team, and her Board Chair to help engage the board members in discussions about the new vision and strategic direction for the TCC Foundation, focusing specifically on the board’s engagement in its fundraising and community engagement mission. The TCC Foundation exists to attract philanthropic support for the students and staff of TCC, which was recently named the seventh-largest university in Texas.

We are often the constant during key staff transitions, helping provide continuity during change. Are you experiencing a shift in your organization?

ZIPZONE Rides in All Zones are FREE through Labor Day!

Project Partners is beginning a fifth community outreach assignment with Trinity Metro’s rideshare provider, Via. Over the next three weeks, our team will be visiting businesses in the South Tarrant and Southside ZIPZONES to distribute flyers and help spread the word about the free rides.

We all use electronic media for outreach, which is a start, but supplementing that with humans speaking to humans has proven to be an effective marketing strategy time and time again.

Is a personal touch in order for one of your community outreach projects?
