CONSULTING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE CENTENNIAL EVENT AT SUNDANCE SQUARE PLAZA ‘15
As ACH was producing a year-long series of events to celebrate 100 years of service to children and families, Project Partners was called upon to help manage one key component of the series - the Centennial Event at Sundance Square Plaza. In cooperation with the ACH staffing team, we handled all location logistics with Sundance Square Plaza, participated in the event committee meetings, served as the liaison with the PR team, developed the special features, managed vendors and entertainment, coordinated the show-flow, managed the stage production, assured sponsorship fulfillment, and managed set up and tear down. This kind of professional support allowed the ACH staff and volunteer committee time to focus on nurturing relationships and building community awareness for the important mission of ACH.
