Project Partners to Provide Board Training to Marble Falls Education Foundation

Marble Falls Education Foundation has called on Project Partners to participate in their July board work session. Lerii F. Smith, Founder and President of Project Partners, will present on the topic of “The Board’s Role in Strategic Fundraising and Community Engagement.” Lerii has 36 years of nonprofit experience, has helped raised tens of millions of dollars and in-kind gifts, and has facilitated the work of more than 250 boards, committees, and task forces. This will be Project Partners’ first collaboration with Marble Falls Education Foundation whose purpose is connecting the goodness of people with the needs of students and those who serve them.

HEB ISD Education Foundation Renews Agreement with Project Partners for a Ninth Year

Project Partners has been retained by the HEB ISD Education Foundation for a ninth year in a row. Our partnership with this impressive board includes strategic planning, community relations and communications, fundraising, events management, program development, board and committee engagement, and nonprofit administration. Established in 1995, the mission of the HEB ISD Education Foundation is to raise and award private funds and community resources to support the HEB ISD’s commitment to excellence in education.

Project Partners Slated to Provide Training for the City of Dallas Civil Service Board

The City of Dallas Civil Service Department has retained the team at Project Partners to provide board training for its members, focusing on governance objectives, roles and responsibilities of board members, and best practices. The Civil Service Department provides employment services for approximately 83% of the positions in the City workforce. Their mission is to employ and retain the best and brightest workforce, enhancing the vitality and quality of life for all in the Dallas community.

Shaken Baby Alliance Returns to Project Partners for Fundraising Infrastructure Consulting and Project Management


Following the successful development of a plan to increase community awareness, engagement, and philanthropic fundraising, Shaken Baby Alliance has once again turned to Project Partners to strengthen its fundraising infrastructure for sustainability and growth through strategic coaching and implementation. The mission of the Shaken Baby Alliance is to provide support for victim families and professionals, prevention of child abuse, and justice for the innocent victims.

Tarrant Literacy Coalition Retains Project Partners to Provide Strategic Planning Consulting and Facilitation

Tarrant Literacy Coalition has turned to Project Partners for assistance with strategic planning. This work, funded by a North Texas Community Foundation Toolbox Grant will help lead this board and new Executive Director, Wes Young, through a vital process at this important time in the life of the organization. Tarrant Literacy Coalition is dedicated to "opening the door to opportunity" for adults in our community through literacy.
